Five years ago, Stephanie, a 20-year-old Singaporean girl, rebeled against the traditional Asian dream of becoming a lawyer or a doctor. Refusing to conform and without letting her lack of ability to draw discourage her, she taught herself graphic design, web design and illustration. She enjoyed this much more than her physics texts and exam papers but graphic design just didn't cut it. It was one fine tropical(probably stormy & humid) day in October of 2007 did she discover what exactly she wanted to do in life - Fashion and Beauty Photography. Since then, she has developed retouching skills and picked up some makeup skills at an attempt to be self-sufficient.

Now that she has graduated from the Hallmark Institute of Photography, she's back in Singapore studying as well as freelancing as a photographer and graphic designer.



Stephanie likes Starbucks. She loves fashion and her favourite designers are Balenciaga, Lanvin, Proenza Schouler and Stella McCartney (just to name a few). The photographers she idolises are Mario Testino, Alexi Lubormirski, Sebastian Kim, Camilla Akrans, Mario Sorrenti, Greg Kassel and Candace Meyer.
